In this five day private meditation tour in Slovenia and Croatia, we will experience diverse natural environments in order to see how such factors contribute to meditation. We will immerse ourselves in meditation in environments such as top of a mountain, a waterfall, a river, a lake, a cave, an island with an open sea view, an ancient site, a temple, a forest. . .We will see the best of what these two countries have to offer, while at the same time reaping the benefits of meditation.

It is well known that nature overall has a profound positive impact on the human psyche, and by meditating in it one can get valuable insights about themselves and can notice subtle forces at play at each of the different landscapes; noticing how they can deepen your meditations and bring a deep state of relaxation.

As I would be guiding the meditations, this tour is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners alike. The types of exercises that we will be doing are meditations related to visualization, sounds, breathing, and mindfulness. All these types come from Buddhist and Vedic traditions of meditation.
