Depth and Meaning in Fine Art of Zagreb

The greatness of any nation are its people, and the great of the people have left in their legacy something they will be remembered by ‘for all times’, usually through art, music, literature, poetry, architecture, and social achievements. Their works are uplifting and can be viewed as something to look up to, as something on an unconscious level stimulates people to increase their own virtues.
Normally during tours, only superficial information is given regarding statues of important people, or art, or architectural decoration embedded in the city’s palaces and old buildings. It is rarely given more beyond the name of the historical person, what they did in life, and why are they significant for the country. On this tour my goal is to explore a deeper meaning behind beautiful fine art in painting, sculpture, architecture and literature, to enter into authors mental atmosphere, their interests and aspirations, in order to receive a valuable insight about their works and about them.
